o The owners, employees and all who are associated with Tekkerz Soccer Park and Rhodes High School do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage, negligence, theft, injury, disability or death that may be suffered as a result of the use of this facility.

o As a Player you acknowledge and accept that there are risks associated with playing 5-a-side soccer.

o Any person found inflicting damage on these premises will be prosecuted.

o You are expected to adhere to all rules and directions from Tekkerz Soccer Park staff which are for your safety.

o By entering this sports facility you accept all the terms of this disclaimer and indemnify Tekkerz Soccer Park and Rhodes High School accordingly.
